Carrot Noodles


Makes 4 servings


9 carrots

2 Chicken breasts diced

10 Mushrooms sliced

5 Red peppers sliced

Spices for chicken:

1 tspn Curry

1 Tspn Paprika

1 Tspn Red Pepper powder

1 Tspn Black pepper



  1. In a bowl add your chicken breast and marinate with your spices.
  2. Make carrot noodles with spiralizer- if you don’t have one just use a grater and grate your carrots.
  3. In a saucepan cook your chicken for 10-15mins (till cooked)
  4. Then add your mushrooms, fry for 5 mins.
  5. Then add your peppers and carrots and fry for a further 4 mins and you are done!
