Brown rice medley (chicken/fish/prawns)


Makes 1 serving


110g cooked brown rice

1 cooked chicken breast/10 prawns/ 1 fish fillet – chunked

1/2 red onion

60g Mixed vegetables (small florets)

1 Garlic clove-minced

1 red pepper- cubed

1 Tbspn Soy Sauce

Sesame seeds optional


  1. In a sauce pan, add your onion, garlic and mixed vegetables and fry for 3 mins.
  2. Then add your cooked rice, red pepperΒ and chicken/fish stir and add your soy sauce and fry for a further 3-4 mins . Garnish with sesame seeds .
