110g cooked brown rice
1 cooked chicken breast/10 prawns/ 1 fish fillet – chunked
1/2 red onion
60g Mixed vegetables (small florets)
1 Garlic clove-minced
1 red pepper- cubed
1 Tbspn Soy Sauce
Sesame seeds optional
- In a sauce pan, add your onion, garlic and mixed vegetables and fry for 3 mins.
- Then add your cooked rice, red pepper and chicken/fish stir and add your soy sauce and fry for a further 3-4 mins . Garnish with sesame seeds .
