Recently I have been trying my best to try cut out unnecessary fats out of my diet, so I have been trying to find my alternatives ways of cooking my favourite foods. Chicken Nuggets- Definitely one of my favourites, so instead of deep fat frying my nuggets (which I usually do) I oven baked them. Its simple changes like that, that make a huge difference to our health! So I hope you try this recipe out x
Makes 30-35 Nuggets
2 Diced Chicken Nuggets
40g Parmesan Cheese
3 Tspn Garlic Flakes
1 tspn Chilli Flakes
2 Tspn Mixed Herbs
2 eggs (beaten)
Salt and pepper optional
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl put your, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, chilli, and mixed herbs and mix with a fork.
- Dip your breast, in your egg then cover in your breadcrumb mixture then dip in your egg again and in your breadcrumb mixture.
- Then place on a oven tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
