Hummus & Spinach Chicken Breast

Hello Lovelies!!!!! It’s been a while, because of exam season. However, I am done now- so now I have all the Β time in the world to blog! In keeping with my mission to improve my body appearance I have been trying to make super healthy delicious meals. Makes One Chicken breast

Ingredients:

1 Chicken Breast

Handful Spinach

3 Tbspn Frozen hummus

1 Tspn Paprika

1 Tspn Curry Powder

Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken breast with the paprika, curry, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut a pocket in the chicken breast, and stuff with spinach and hummus. Seal with tooth picks
  3. Place in pre-heated oven at 190 degrees for 15-2o mins. and you are done :)
