Evening lovelies, I am still thinking of that zimbabwean food. When I was there I ate a lot of fish, and I loved it. It was rich in flavour and the aromas that came from the spices where just divine. Which is why this evening, I tried to recreate a sea bream dish I had. When I had it, it was served with sadza a traditional dish made out of cornmeal- I might share the recipe and how to make it, if anyone is interested. You could always pair your meal with potatoes-chips, rice etc. I do hope you try the recipe below, if you do please take pictures and post them with the hashtag #inheatherskitchen on all social media sites so I can check it out. See you soon x
