Good evening lovelies, I hope you are well. I really wanted a pasta bake but was too hungry to wait for it in the oven so when i saw my double cream next to the beef in my fridge i was like hmm let me make a quick pasta dish, because you can never go wrong with cream and pasta. 200g Cooked Rigatoni
200g Sliced Beef
150ml Double Cream
10 Finely Chopped Mushrooms
1 Chopped Garlic clove
1/2 Chopped Onion
1 Tspn Oregano
- In a saucepan fry your garlic and onion for 2 mins on a medium heat then add your beef and fry for 3mins.
- Now add in your mushrooms, cook for a further 4 mins.
- Then add in your rigatoni and double cream and cook for 10 mins on a low-medium heat.
- Add your herbs, salt and pepper cook for a further minute and you are done
