Now on to the recipe for today: I will be sharing a thyme and garlic infused potato dish, which is extremely easy and quick to make but still tastes beautiful! Ingredients:

20 Small sized Potatoes

2 Chopped Garlic Cloves

Handful Thyme Sprigs

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt&Pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius
  2. With a knife carefully slice half way in horizontal lines along the potatoes- ensuring you don’t cut all the way to the bottom otherwise that will split the potatoe
  3. In a large mixing bowl mix your garlic, thyme, olive oil and salt & pepper with a fork. Then add your sliced potato in the bowl and carefully mix all the ingredients together, ensuring the garlic and thyme deposits in the sliced parts of the potatoes
  4. Then place your potatoes on a tray and bake in oven for 30-35 mins (until golden) and you are done!!
