Monday! A day hated by most- I call it the back to reality day. No more partying , no more having fun but instead it’s the back to work, school, uni day (for most). And this sad sad sad feeling usually leads to people ordering in on a Monday. But not today! Because I’m gonna share with you a super easy, super tasty spaghetti dish which Is ready in under 10 mins, the lemon gives it a lovely refreshing flavour which will help set your tone for the rest of the week. 1 Lemon Zest
15 Cooked Prawns
1 Chopped Garlic Clove
Handful Chopped Basil
Salt & Pepper
- In a saucepan heat oil, then fry your garlic for minute then add your lemon zest and chilli flakes and fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Add your cooked prawns into the same saucepan fry for another 2 minutes.
- Then add your spaghetti then after another 2 minutes add in you basil, salt and pepper and you are done
