Ham Omlette

Good morning beautiful people!! Let me start by apologising for the lack of posts, Β I’ve been moving houses, so the pasts weeks have been hectic, but I love my new apartment so I’m all smiles, it’s just perfect for me- enough of that and on to the food. Today I’m going to be sharing the omelette recipe, which I had for breakfast this morning. I love omelettes because they are super versatile, you can add almost anything in them, and they are very filling. Today I put in ham and some vegetables, but like I said you can you put what ever your like, just make sure if your do add meat that’s it’s already cooked.


Ingredients :
3 eggs
1/4 chopped red pepper
1/4 chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped onion
2 chopped mushrooms
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Sunflower oil.
7g of ham

Method:
1. In a frying pan heat your oil on a medium heat. Then add your onion, pepper and mushroom fry for 3 mins
2. Then place the fried ingredients in a bowl then crack your three eggs in the same bowl, add salt and pepper and your ham then beat with a fork, until the mixture fully combined.
3. Using the same heated pan pour in the egg mixture and reduce your heat so it’s low to medium, and leave the eggs to cook for 5 mins.
4. After 5 mins flip one side of the omelette, so it folds in half. Leave for a further two minutes and you are done :)
