Strawberry Parfait

Good morning beautiful people, I hope you all had a lovely evening. I woke I’m feeling cheery and thankful today, I’m alive and healthy, and that right there is a reason to smile. Anyways, on to the food today for breakfast I had simple 3 Ingredient parfait. It’s an ideal breakfast because it’s quick, easy and healthy so it’s perfect for those busy mornings. I used strawberries in mine today, only because that’s the fruit I had in my fridge you could always use a different fruit or even make a fruit medley. I tend to go for softer fruit though like berries or peaches and avoid apples pears etc because the cereal is already crunchy and I try and balance the textures in my mouth. Serves 4

Ingredients:

16 Sliced Strawberries

200g Honey Granola

300g Yoghurt

Method:

  1. In a glass, layer the granola, then the yoghurt, then the strawberries. Repeat this process till you get get to the top of the glass. And you are done :)
