Hey guys! Sorry, I haven’t posted in a while, that’s because I was in Belgium and I must say it was beautiful. The weather was perfect, the waffles were perfect and of course the chocolate was perfect. Basically I had a great time, but now that I’m back its straight into the kitchen I go. So for today I’m sharing a simple snack, a cheese and basil tortilla, this recipe can be easily adapted to any ingredients you wish to use like ham, chicken, tomatoes etc. In up coming blog post I’ll remake it with different ingredients. 2 Tortilla Wraps
Handful of Cheddar Cheese
4/5 Basil Leaves
1 Teaspon Olive Oil
- In a frying pan add your oil and place it on a medium heat. When the oil is slightly hot place one tortilla in the pan.
- Then on top of your tortilla add your cheese and basil leaves. Then place your second tortilla on top of your toppings, then sandwich the two tortillas by pressing the top tortilla.
- Then, Flip the tortilla over for about 2/3 mins so the other side browns. Take it out of pan, slice and you are done
