I have periods where I just crave all things sweet, so I always have to sweet recipes stashed away in my brain for when the time comes. Yesterday, my craving came, it was a weird one really because I knew I wanted something sweet but at the same time I didn’t, it was rather confusing so I had to find some sort of compromise, and that compromise was an Apple pastry! The Apple had the sweet element and the pastry had the not so sweet element and together they were the perfect solution to a very confused craving!! I do hope you try the recipe below, and if you do please take pictures and post with the hashtag #inheatherskitchen on all social media sites so I can check it out. See you soon x
