Vegetable Noodles


Noodles are fantastic. They are extremely versatile, they can be made with many ingredients making them great for most of everyone’s dietary needs. I’m sure you have realised by now, that I’m all about quick and easy meals and that’s why noodles are one of my most favourite meals to cook! All it is, is chucking the ingredients you are a using in with the noodles and you are done!Simple. Serves 4


300g Fresh Egg noodles

1/2 Red, Green, Yellow Pepper

3 Β Carrots

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Sugar


1. Slice your carrots and peppers into strips.

2. Β In a wok fry your carrots and peppers for 5 mins.

3. Add in your noodles, and further fry Β for 2 mins fully combining all the vegetables with the noodles. Β Then add in your soy sauce and your sugar.

4. Fry for about 4 mins and your are done :)
