Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti will always be one of my favourite meals, not necessarily because of the taste but because of the convenience. I remember every time my mum would ask me to cook when I’d be feeling lazy I would make this dish because I knew I would be done in 30 minutes, giving me time to go back to doing what ever it was I was doing.  It worked for the longest time until she realized that, that’s all I seemed to be making (yes I used to be quite lazy) so everytime she asked me to cook from then on she would say “make anything that’s not spaghetti Bolognese”. I was very displeased at the time but now I’m greatful because that’s what made me explore more in the kitchen. So, I do hope you try  out the recipe, if you do please use the hashtag #inheatherskitchen on all social media sites so I can check it out. See you soon x
