Cannellini Bean Pate

I had some left over cannellini beans from another dish I made yesterday. So today I did what I normally do which is make something different with the same ingredient, leading to nothing being thrown in the bin. Today I opted for a pate, again it’s a very simple dish which requires no cooking at all!Β You can play around with different flavours, by adding different herbs or different spices. Serves 2.

Ingredients:

1tbsp Olive oil

400g of Cannellini beans

Handful of parmesan

5g Fresh chopped parsley

1/2 tbsp of Paprika

Salt and pepper

Method:

1. Place all your ingredients into a food processor and blitz,till a chunky texture. And you are done :)
